Located at 10201 Bond Street the Westchester Community Center houses the Administrative Offices of the Park District. The facility also has a 7,000 square foot gymnasium and locker room facilities along with the district preschool and latch key facilities. The new 3,000 square foot addition will allow the park district to provide Day Care Services as well as increasing the number of children able to participate in the district preschool.

Community Swimming Pool Click HERE for map of Community Swimming Pool Community Swimming Pool Page Our park features a beautiful 50 meter pool with diving board and 12' well, zero-depth entry with interactive SCS water play structure, 25' high 150' long water slide, lounge chairs, deck, lawn areas, concession stand, seperate zero-depth wading pool with bubblers, special events, season passes and daily addmission. The Mayfair Recreation Center features general programming rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a full service banquet facility.

Mayfair Recreation Center offers children’s dance classes, parent and tot classes and a wide variety of both am and pm fitness classes. These classes range from Pre Dance, Little Ladies, Ballet/Jazz, Hip Hop, Irish Dance, Shake, Rattle & Roll, Mayfair Playgroup, Tot Rock, Tone & Strong, Yoga, Cardio Kick Boxing, Hard Core Basic Training, 30 Minute Abs, Pilates (Beginning & Intermediate), Total Body Toning, Dynamic Dual, 20/20, Cardio Hip Hop and Zumba and more.

Fitness Center is equipped with both a strength and cardio room. Our fitness equipment includes treadmills, arc trainers, steppers, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, row machine, cybex circuit strength system, free weights and more. We have certified personal trainers on staff to help customize a program to fit your particular fitness goals. Our personal training sessions consist of ½ hour or 1 hour with a one-on-one with a certified personal trainer.

A babysitting room is provided for members of the aerobics programs and fitness center at a nominal charge. Our babysitting room is equipped with an assortment of pre-school toys plus a few baby items.

The Mayfair Banquet Facility offers three rooms, which are available for rental for private parties. Soundproof partitions divide each room but can retract to accommodate larger parties. These rooms are perfect for corporate meetings, seminars, showers, graduations and anniversaries.

The Essex room has a sit down capacity of 60 people and a buffet capacity of 50 people, with a DJ 30 people.
The Chaucer has a sit down capacity of 80 people and a buffet capacity of 70 people, with a DJ 50 people.
The Windsor room can accommodate 120 people seated and a buffet seating up to 100 people, with a DJ 80 people.

Rooms can be combined to accommodate a variety of needs. A staffed playroom is also available for children under 6 for an additional fee and perfect for children’s birthday parties. The Mayfair Banquet Facility provides access to several approved caterers to fulfill your needs. Our caterers are capable of providing everything from box lunches to surf and turf.
The Mayfair Banquet Facility can provide additional services such as disposable tablecloths, coffee service, ice and table centerpieces.
