The
Mayfair Banquet Facility offers three rooms, which are
available for rental for private parties. Soundproof
partitions divide each room but can retract to accommodate
larger parties. These rooms are perfect for corporate
meetings, seminars, showers, graduations and anniversaries.
The
Essex room has a sit down capacity
of 60 people and a buffet capacity of 50 people, with
a DJ 30 people.
The Chaucer has a sit down capacity
of 80 people and a buffet capacity of 70 people, with
a DJ 50 people.
The Windsor room can accommodate 120
people seated and a buffet seating up to 100 people,
with a DJ 80 people.
Rooms
can be combined to accommodate a variety of needs. A
staffed playroom is also available for children under
6 for an additional fee and perfect for children’s
birthday parties. The Mayfair Banquet Facility provides
access to several approved caterers to fulfill your
needs. Our caterers are capable of providing everything
from box lunches to surf and turf. The Mayfair Banquet
Facility can provide additional services such as disposable
tablecloths, coffee service, ice and table centerpieces.

Have an old fashioned birthday party without the hassle.
Our birthday party service is all inclusive! Our staff
will plan your party, purchase all the supplies, set up,
decorate, entertain, and clean up. All you do is send
out your invitations and come and enjoy the fun of our
