Pool Update

The Westchester Park District has been diligently working on the cleanup and repair of our community swimming pool after the incident that took place on the evening of Thursday, July 28th.   As we move forward towards the reopening of the pool, the following must occur:

• Complete cleaning of pool including circulation and filtration system
• Refilling of the pool, which will take upwards of 32 hours to complete
• Once filled, chemically balance the water which can take upwards of 7 days

 It is our hope that the pool will reopen the week of August 15th.
